MLG ENTERPRISES LIMITED MLG Enterprises Limited was formed in 1979 to provide sales representation to the North American Food Processing Industries. We currently have a 22,000 Sq. Ft. plant/warehouse in Mississauga, which processes liquid sweeteners of various types. Our professional sales organization of 12 is experienced in marketing specialty ingredients to the Bread/Roll/Cake, Biscuit & Cracker, Snack Food, Food Processing, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic industries. There is warehousing available in Vancouver, and additional sites in Montreal, and South East USA are being considered. We have been successful in introducing several new ingredients, in particular, to the Baking and Snack Food areas. Our company is an active member of the following Trade Associations: • Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology • American Society of Baking • Institute of Food Technology Our company has always been very active in promoting new and exotic specialty food ingredients to the food processing companies in North America. In October 2002, MLG Enterprises Limited achieved the American Institute of Baking (AIB) certification for their processing plant and warehouse distribution center in Mississauga. At this facility, the following items are processed and distributed : - Molasses, Malt Extract Caramel Color, Invert Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Glucose, Golden Corn Syrup, Agave Syrup, Dried Molasses, Dried Honey & other Dried Sweeteners, Malt Powder, Maltodextrins, Fructose, Dextrose, Natural Colors, Cocoa Powder, Cocoa Butter, Defatted Cocoa Powder, Banana & other Fruit Purees, Organic & Non-GMO Ingredients, Release Lubricants, Food Colors, Guar Gum, Invertase. American Institute of Baking (AIB) approval was sought to enable MLG Enterprises to increase its marketing strength and presence within North American and export markets.
