Customer Service Centres - where customer orders and Inquiries for all products are initially processed. Engineering - our engineering team design and develop standard as well as special products using the latest CAD technology. Quality - we are accredited to ISO9001:2000 and our main focus is customer satisfaction. IT - we operate a company wide intranet and are keen to develop systems and links with our customers Manufacturing - we have well equipped factories in London and Ware, Hertfordshire where we fabricate our enclosures, make our transformer windings and build our finished products. Routine testing is in-house and type testing is carried out in-house or by third parties, dependent on the nature of the test.
