Beijing Lian Fu Industry, founded on March 9th 2001, has been specializing in manufacturing and selling Injection Mold Label and Blow Mold Label for both blowing molding products and injection molding products, self-adhesive label, PVC & PET shrink film, coffee package. Our Company has registered the trademark of "xinnuo" for our IML products. Welcome friends from all over the world to enquire. In Mold Label (IML for short) is a labeling technique that is used in blow molded, injection molded and thermoformed containers. It is a pre-decoration technique, which is the application of the label before the container is full. The In Mold Label, which has been finished printing, anti-abrasion and die cutting, is generally placed inside the open plastic mold by Robot Arm. Then the label is fused into the product in the forming of the plastic container, bottle, can or some other plastic products, just packing the product and then going into the market. The combination between the label and the plastic product is natural and it completely becomes a part of the container, which appears "no label look" effect. Blow mold IML: Suitable for the blowing plastic containers and bottles made by PP, PE, for example, the label for Lubricant oil containers, food products containers, shampoo bottles, bodycare bottles, hand wash products etc, especially the technology for making different kinds of 360 degree Blowing Hollow medicine bottles; Injection mold IML: Suitable for the injected plastic products made by PP, PE, such as the label for Ice Cream Tub, Coffee cup, candy box, toybox, toolbox, and so on, ecpecially the technology for making 360 degree injection molding cup; Coffee Package One-way valve for coffee and microweave, coffee packing bag with one-way valve; Self-adhesive label: Suitable for products made by any kind of materials; Shrink film: Suitable for any kind of plastic containers or bottles.
