Western Gulf Agency is an International Freight Forwarding Establishment working around the World to serve our customer base in Qatar. We can serve our customers from more than 450 cities around the World. We represent major Shipping Liners, Air Cargo Carriers and International Freight Forwarders. Because of our strong affiliations we are able to offer a wide variety of service options with the fastest and most efficient transit-time for cargo routed to and from Qatar. Our activities consist of, but are not limited to, the list presented below: • Air Cargo, FCL , LCL , Break Bulk , Customs Clearance , Transportation , Consolidated, Shipment, Import , Export , Warehousing and Distribution Services: Freight Forwarding We book space (containers, trailers, Air cargo) for importing consignments and arrange all the shipping requirements of our customers. Being agents for major shipping lines, we are authorized to handle the bill of lading, collect freight and other dues on behalf of principles, to coordinate with consignees for delivery including transshipment arrangements and to update principles about delivery. We are authorized and licensed to Handle Dangerous Goods (DGR). Customs Clearance We are specialized in customs clearance through all the three modes of transport: overland, air, and seaport customs. We have an office at overland customs to coordinate with consignees and truck drivers in order to expedite clearance immediately on arrival of trailers or containers Transportation Coordination We provide door-to-door delivery from Doha Seaport to consignee's premises as well as effecting delivery from the airport to Doha and suburban areas on a daily basis. Consolidation Shipments We specialize in transporting group consignments from Dubai to Doha by truck. This sector plays a vital role for trucking most of transshipment cargo discharged in UAE ports to Doha. This way we provide delivery within the shortest period to Doha consignees. Warehousing and Distribution We are operating a warehouse facility where we group all inbound and outbound cargo and accordingly segregate and off-load into the customer's truck. We also effect delivery to customer storage Export and Re-export We have diversified our activity by attending export to new sectors, moving containers as well as airfreight shipments. We also can handle any temporary inbound shipments and arrange for Re-exporting the same.
