Founded in 1980, Shanghai Prime Machinery CO., LTD Export Dept. (formerly Shanghai Fasteners Import & Export CO., LTD) has grown to become one of the largest fasteners manufacturers and exporters in China. The company specializes in foreign trade and is backed up by its own sound manufacturing. The foreign trade and manufacturing activities work to enhanced each other and provide a unique advantage in marketing competition. With over 26 years’ experience, business connections have been set up with more than 530 overseas customers in 95 countries and regions around the globe. Our export value in 2005 went up to 120 million US$. In 1995 and the consecutive years the company has been appraised by Shanghai Customs as an “A-grade, Trustworthy Enterprise.” In May 1997 we were accredited to ISO9002:1994 Quality Assurance System and in May 2000 were accredited to ISO9001:2000 Quality Assurance System as well. We have also obtained ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates. Our main products are: bolts, screws, nuts, machine screws, plain washers, spring lock washers, wood screws, tapping screws, chipboard screws, connector screws, rivets, pins, keys and many other hardware products made of carbon steel, alloy & stainless steel, aluminum, brass or other special materials. For finishing we have: black oxide, electro zinc, phosphate, electro brass, mechanical galvanization, H.D.G, dacromet, etc. Fasteners are produced in conformity with DIN, ANSI, AS, BS, JIS, GB, ISO or any other standard or non-standard specifications or against customers’ special requirements, in grades 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9; A2-50, A2-70, A4-70, etc. Our policy: To supply the best quality products and provide the best service.
