Dhaka Designtech Ltd ( A concern of TAJARAT GROUP) is a private limited company based in Dhaka,Bangladesh and established in 2000. Main business of the company is in the field of Exports of All kinds of Ready-Made Wears including Men's, Ladies & Children's Wear. We act as a Buying Agents of clients mainly from U.S.A and Europe . We deal in both regular orders and Stock-Lots as per requirements of the buyers. Last year in 2005 we have exported huge amount of T-Shirts and Polo Shirts to U.S.A and we expect our turn over this year will exceed US $ 6 Million including both stock-Lots and regular orders. We all take all measures in order to execute the business strictly conforming to buyer's requirements under the most efficient personals in merchandising, quality control, and commercial departments of the company. We welcome all enquiries mentioning Sketch, Measurements, Sizes & Size Ratio, Fabrics, Accessories, Packing & Stitching details, Quantity, Delivery Schedule & Payment Terms, Samples with color swatches for regular orders. And also we welcome enquiries from Stock-Lot Buyers too. We also would be pleased to act as a Buyers Agent/Country Office for importing their merchandises from Bangladesh . Step One - Requirements from the Buyers: Sketch, Measurements, Sizes & Size Ratio, number of Styles and Colors. Fabrics, Accessories, Packing & Stitching details, Quantity, Delivery Schedule & Payment Terms and Samples with color swatches. Step Two - Services rendered by Dhaka Designtech ltd: Sourcing out Genuine Fabrics & Accessories Suppliers strictly under compliance of Buyer's Specification and thereafter finalization of prices and delivery terms. Sourcing out Genuine Factories having sufficient experiences with necessary banking facilities, who will furnish us with Counter Samples and Consumptions and at the same time, finalize the CM, FOB, or CNF prices at Buyer Approval, in addition to payment terms and delivery schedule. To depute competent Q.C(s) to the selected Factories to ensure quality and timely productions of the Orders as per Contract as well as engaging commercial staffs to monitor day to day related banking activities. Maintaining necessary liaisons with suitable shipping Companies and Airlines and to fix up required shipping itineraries at competitive freight charges. Step Three - Relation with Statutory Bodies: To keep regular touch with the Government Agencies like EPB, Customs as well as Banks, BGMEA, and BKMEA etc. Exchange of Mails, Documents and Parcels with the Buyers regarding Order confirmation, production status, shipment status and other relevant statuses. In addition, exchange of visits as and when it is required. To evaluate problems and prospects of every consummated business transaction and take necessary measures to make future deals at more convenient and appropriate manner.
