Jinli Commercial Foundry which lies in Fangzi district of Weifang, China, was established in 1990 with the assets of 18.2 million. The company has a staff of about 200 including 21engineers and technicians and covers 20,000 square meters consisting of 2,800 square meters of casting workshop, 2,000 square meters of mechanical processing workshop and 1,100 square meters of warehouse. Moreover, the Foundry boasts a 5 ton/hour cupola, an analyzer with molten iron characteristics, an electric furnace, a large hoisting shot blast machine, and more than 20 CNC digital controlled machines and other machine tools and drilling machines. The foundry also has a fully-equipped physicochemical laboratory and a comprehensive quality inspection system. We got the quality control certificate of ISO9002 in 2000. With an annual output of over 7,000 tons of casting parts, the company mainly produces ductile iron (such as ASTM450, ASTM500, ASTM600, ASTM700 etc.) including series of fireplug parts, flange, valve casting, pipeline, etc. and gray cast iron (main brand numbers are HT200, HT250, HT300,) including series of brake rotor, machine body and others. The products are mainly exported to the U.S., Japan, Canada, and other countries.
