we are working from Karachi, Pakistan as a Buying Agent. Providing Apparel Inspection and complete order follow-up services to our European and American clients and monitor their garments orders from price negotiation to timely shipment of goods. We ensure quality garments from valuable factories of Pakistan Without any charges on client’s account. Summary of our services is as follows: 1. Conduct IPM (Initial Production Meeting) with supplier after confirmation of any order. 2. Proto / Fit sample approval on available fabric. 3. Lab Dips approval. 4. Checking and approval of greige fabric. 5. Checking and approval of dyed fabric. 6. Each lot is checked for GSM and shade approval. 7. Size set samples approval for fit and styling before starting the bulk cutting. 8. Approval of accessories. 9. First ask vendors to run a trial lot on stitching to detect any possible defect in the fabric and stitching. 10. Visit of quality inspectors twice a week to inspect the goods at all stages of production to detect and rectify defects. Inspection reports are prepared on daily basis. 11. Mid inspection on AQL specified by customer when 50% of goods are offline. 12. Final inspection on AQL specified by customer.
