Medipak, one of the leading National Pharmaceutical companies is already manufacturing all its products in collaboration/technology transfer from the companies of international repute i.e. Fresenius AG, Germany (Infusion Solutions, Medisets, Haemodialysis/Peritoneal Dialysis Machines and Solutions, Infusion Pumps, Water Reverse Osmosis Systems, Water Softeners and Blood Cell Separators) and CIBA VISION (Ophthalmic Preparations). Wherever a new product in question are fulfilled i.e. the technology transfer and know-how is received and respective staff are imparted training in the appropriate field by the Multinational Companies. The latter companies also keep a strong check / track on our quality Control/assurance procedure by analyzing our products from time to time at their sites. The Ministry of Health in Pakistan does not issue the manufacturing Licence (accreditation of our manufacturing as well as the quality control and assurance facilities and does not also register the new products unless the manufacturing units are provided with adequate facilities and experienced staff required for assessing the safety, efficacy, potency and purity of the products manufacturing over there. All kinds of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Units in Pakistan are routinely and strictly monitored by abrupt inspections/checks form the ministry of health government of Pakistan. Similarly our quality control / Quality assurance Department Monitors /inspects regularly all the stages during production and record the results appropriately on the in –process Quality Control Log Sheets. The Quality Control inspectors record all the parameters during every stage and if any even slight deviation, from the laid-down standard specifications, is found, they get them rectified. There exit also a strong inter-departmental coordination and communication on the plant. No stage of the production process in proceeded further till any deviation ( If Found) is properly corrected and resolved in according with the set procedures. The histories of every batch are recorded on the approved standard batch manufacturing sheet which from time to time cross-refer to other specifications/standard operating procedure, sops etc. Whenever it is required to do so. All the systems are part of GMP compliances which are essential for any item/drug to be produced manufactured. Our R & D and Quality Assurance Departments are also working very actively to implement the internationally recognized ISO-9000/Total Quality Management Systems To further Improve upon the products during every stage to production. The end-customer orientation and satisfaction is considered on top priority during the improvement of all production processes. The products are manufactured according to B.P and U.S P standards under strict technical know-how and Quality Assurance of the above mentioned Multi-National pharmaceutical companies. The Quality of Medipak’s products is as good as the products manufactured by our principals.
