We, at XINTAI COMPANY specialize in the production of all type of high level standard components and fasteners. We possess an advanced management system, and have a galaxy of technical talents as well as all the necessary equipment to meet the needs of our customers. The quality of all of our products is strictly controlled through a complete set of medium frequency induction heated forging presses & hots heading machines. Utilizing a state of the art process of controlled thermal treatment for hardening and tempering. We have a fully equipped physical and chemical laboratory and calibrated instruments for steel distinguishing and hardness testing. Our products are in strict conformance with the standards of DIN, UNI, UNC, ANS, BS, UNF, ISO, and "Special Orders " can be processed in accordance with other requirements our customers may have. We produce nuts classified into the following grades:4, 5, 8, 10 & 12. The fitted bolts are in the grades of 4.6, 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9 & 12.9. Products can be supplied with surface treatments which are oxide, galvanized or impregnated. The "Highest Quality Product" is the goal of each employee.
