We take great pleasure in introducing you to the world of “ROCK CONCREATE HARDNER” (RCH), is an aggregate of metallic graded coarse particles of processed iron. RCH are designed for a specially engineered product to use in cement concrete as secondary reinforcement in High Performance Concrete. RCH has been awarded first prize in Concrete cubes test competition held by India chapter of American Concrete Institute. RCH are manufacturing by a well diversifications established organization known as anam group in the field of construction chemical products. The RCH product selected first time from India for presentation in the 8th International conference on Concrete Pavements held at Colorado Springs USA., and also the technical papers of the RCH has been selected in Specialty Workshop on “Admixtures in the future” conference held in August 2005 at Singapore by Dr. G M Sabnis, USA. In the cement concrete mix, addition of 5.0 to 15.0 % RCH by weight of the cement is leads to increase by more than 50% in compressive strength and similarly flexural strength is also increasing to the tune of 3 to 4 times as compared to normal cement concrete. The greatest advantages by mixing of RCH in the concrete to improvement of the flexural strength in the both static and fatigue loading. Metallic bonding reaction of RCH has excellent effects in Tensile strength in the concrete. RCH Metallic bonding reaction with cement concrete mix to form high cementious properties, thus imparting high Tensile strength, reduces permeability, dense durability, high abrasion, with reduces drying shrinkage. RCH is an engineered high-tech material, especially designed for High Performance Concrete to use in all types of Concrete.
