Foshan Jinjuqiwei Die-casting Co., Ltd. (Old name was Shunde San Huan Die-Casting Co., Ltd.) is a joint-venture company, specialized in producing the precision aluminum alloy die-casting products, established in 1993, with 12,000? facility area including 10,000?working area, and the members of China Foundry Association as well as Guangdong Foundry Association.
We now have 8 die-casting machines, ranged from 400 to 800 tons, including 5 sets of 400T, 2 sets of 500T and 1 set of 800T. Based on the way of Concentrating Smelting in Radiation Furnace and Heat Preservation through Adding Materials nearby the Machine, we provide the high quality aluminum liquid for die-casting production. Meanwhile, according the clients’ requirements, we can produce different standards of precision aluminum alloy die-casting products. Equipped with the Switzerland’s CMM for precisively measuring the sizes of products, the CNC processing centre and the computerized control tools, we now have reached the production capacity of 3,000 tons annually.
We were approved with ISO9001 (2000) in Jan. 2002 and then ISO14001 (2004) in Aug. 2006 by Guangdong Zhongjian Certification Co., Ltd.
Not only have our diverse products had good reputation in China, but also exported to Sweden, Germany, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, which covered the industries of household appliances, metal hardware, telecoms, office furniture, electric tools, mechanical transmission and automobiles, etc. Moreover, we are authorized to produce the compressor components and the motor covers for many international famous household appliances manufactures. At the same time, we own dozens of motor cover moulds which were designed and developed by ourselves.
