We are end seller's representatives, Our provider is a prestigeous Refinary from the Russian Federation and we are able to offer the following PETROLEUM PRODUCTS: 1. D2 2. Mazut 100 3. Jetfuel 4. Crude Oil Origin: Russia / Middle East FOB or CIF basis Contract offered: Spot and or Annual ******************************************************************************************** Procedures; 1. Buyer issues NCNDA-IMFPA, ICPO and BCL with right to soft probe. 2. Seller issues FCO. 3. Buyer signs and returns FCO with a letter of acceptance. 4. Seller issues draft contract open for amendments. 5. Buyer returns signed draft contract a. Buyer Pays for the Pipeline Allocation Fee Charges. b. Seller issues partial Proof Of Product (POP) c. Buyer issues Proof of Fund (POF) from prime bank subject to SELLER'S approval 6. Seller issues original contract for final signatory, both party exchange hard copy of contract via courier within 5 (five) days of signing electronic version. Both party lodges contracts in respective banks. 7. Buyer's bank issues irrevocable revolving transferable documentary letter of credit 8. Seller issues 2% PB to activate buyer's irrevocable revolving transferable documentary letter of credit as agreed on contract. 9. Delivery commence as scheduled.
